MY PERSONAL LIST OF MOST INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE

1. GUNNY FALLON....Ah, what do you say about the man who has most changed and given meaning to your life? Gunny....my brother, my friend, my mentor, without whom I never would have become involved in POW/MIA issues. My personal loved one's case was closed in 94 and I thought that was that! Little did I know that fate would intervene several years later and lead me to Gunny! And the rest is as they say, 'history'.....I will now never be free of my involvement until 'THEY ALL COME HOME OR ARE ACCOUNTED FOR'....thanks to Gunny, I have a meaningful purpose to my life, and I have become a part of the unstoppable machine that I call THE TRUTH SEEKER. Thank you brother, you have my undying gratitude and love.

2.COLONEL TED GUY....Way back in the beginning of my POW/MIA activist journey, I had so many dumb questions and was focused rather poorly on the wrong parts of the POW/MIA issues....I contacted Ted privately several times with some really confused queries and my own screwed up POW/MIA priorities....Ted had the patience to explain and guide me towards what SHOULD have been my focus and priorities....he showed me the REALITY of the answers I sought and....IT HURT! But then it had to hurt in order for me to refocus with the proper perspective. I will be forever grateful for this very busy man who took the time to encourage me to refocus and continue my fight! I miss him.

3 CHUCK AND MARY SCHANTAG....Chuck and Mary have consistently given and gone above and beyond the call so many times....their entire lives revolving around POW/MIA issues 24/7....whenever I have needed a tidbit of info on someone, I had only to ask....on a personal basis, they left a flower and a card at the wall for my loved one from me, and even took photos and sent them on to me, no one could ask for more caring and devotion to a cause. God bless you both!

4. LYNN O'SHEA....Lynn has truly been instrumental in keeping my personal connection to our cause alive.....she has pulled miracles out of the Library of Congress files, finding things I had not seen before time after time....even coming up with a photo of my beloved that I had not seen before! Her energy and committment to POW/MIAs is awesome and her devotion to we the families is incredible. Thank you so much Lynn, for all that you are, and all that you do!

5 STEVE GOLDING....The fiery tempered, explosively devoted man who keeps us all fired up on developing issues....Steve is a true inspiration for me in our cause....the man I would least like to have as a foe and....the man I would most like to have as a friend! His website stirs up my very soul each time I visit and I visit frequently! If and in case, I should ever grow up I could think of no greater gift than to be just like him! THAT is from my heart Steve!

6. Finally....this list would not be complete without adding YOU, the families, friends and loved ones of our beloved POW/MIAs.... you have all been and continue to be the inspiration for all involved....May God Bless us all and may he in his infinete wisdom see fit to help us find the answers we are seeking.

"Those were the people of my age group you might say, I was born in 1950 and went into the Navy in 1969. President Kennedy was our hero of the time and so were the rest. Carlos Hatcock would soon be. I grew up with John Wayne, car hops, hot rods and the American Flag, the '50's & '60's'."

"The American Legion in my home town was one of the largest buildings. I guess you could say that I'm just old fashioned. I know there are a lot more people that could be listed, those were the ones that came to mind first."
