Operation Just Cause... ...for as long as it takes

Last evening, HR 1568, The Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999 passed the US Senate with one amendment. This bill will begin to level the playing field for veteran owned small businesses, especially service connected disabled veteran owned small businesses in the federal sector.
Many people deserve a special Thank You for their efforts on this legislation so far, especially ChairmenTalent and Bond of the House and Senate Committees on Small Business respectively. This is only the first step in a long process for self employed veterans to create their own enterprise.
